Description:   From the upper zone of a large tankard.
Brown on buff.
ADDENDA 2018: Single sherd to a mug with no preserved features. The exterior is decorated with a medium band at the waist with whorl-shell motif likely extending through the band.
The interior is undecorated as preserved. The paint is thick, evenly applied, and fired dark brown. There are no traces of use-wear or burning.
