Description:   Sherd from a large tankard with plastic band.
Dark red brown on buff.
ADDENDA 2018: Single sherd to a mug with no preserved features. The exterior decoration consists of a medium band at the waist. In the area above the band there is quirk motif. The interior is undecorated as preserved. The paint is thick and fairly evenly applied, fired dark brown. There are no traces of use-wear or burning.
