Title:   Pyxis Lid Fragment: Geometric

Description:   Black - brown on buff.
ADDENDA 2018: Five sherds mended into two non-joining fragments of a conical pyxis lid.
The exterior decoration consists of a band of leaf motif framed by three narrow bands above and below. Near the rim there is a band of diagonal hatching. The underside is undecorated.
The paint is thick and evenly applied, fired dark brown. There are no traces of use-wear or burning.
