Description:   Top of large columnar grave monument.
In the top is a rectangular cutting, into which a fragment of dark blue-gray stone is now wedged with cement.
Bottom broken off, carrying with it the ends of the fourth and fifth lines of the inscription.
Hymettian marble.
Context:   Found in a modern wall, over the east end of the Temple of Ares.
