Herringbone on rim; on the discus Christian monogram, with the tail of the "rho" to the right. Solid handle, double grooved above and probably below. Reverse with double almond-shaped grooves surrounding a cross with small circles in the quadrants; two more circles at the base of the handle. Buff clay, the top blackened. Type XXVIII of Corinth collection. | |
