Title:   White Ground Lekythos

Description:   Mended from many burned fragments. All preserved save small chips. Squat type. Maenad with thyrsos and patera. Folds of chiton in thin glaze. Rest of drawing in a thick black glaze line. Ground discolored by burning. Whole top of jug glazed including inside of mouth. Neck set in a little on shoulder. Shallow groove at start of white near outside of shoulder. Below picture, glazed with reserved stripe near top. Underside and all but top of outside of ring foot reserved.
