Title:   Bowl or Cup Fragment with Graffito: Stamped

Description:   Mended from three pieces. The bottom of a black glazed bowl or cup on high moulded ring foot, grooved beneath. Stamped on the floor, four coarse palmettes irregularly set around a scratched circle. Firm dull black glaze, a scraped groove around wall just above foot and the resting surface reserved.

Notes:   The pyre is boxed and stored in 151-1/3.
Context:   Red clay fill beneath modern stairs, disturbed pyre, probably second half of 4th c. B.C.
