Description: | Originally identified as fragment from kalathos or tripod pyxis. Part of one panel, or foot, composed of five joining pieces. The vase thickens and flares at the top, the uninterrupted vertical edge was cut before the vase was fired. Above, a horizontal panel, with a red-figured olive wreath. One berry-stem(?) in applied white survives. In the field below, at the right, part of a door(?). Good black glaze, outside only. | |
