Description:   Much of the box preserved; low tripod-feet; thickened rim, flat on top; no flange for lid.
Decoration in dull black and red horizontal bands, with a band of verticals near the bottom.
Corinthian Conventionalizing.
ADDENDA Lid missing; it would be flanged beneath to fit within walls of pot. Black band on interior wall and black circle on base within. Bottom plain. For shape, cf. Payne (1931), Necrocorinthia, fig. 175b.
Context:   Well beneath Stoa gutter.
