Description: | From the wall of a large krater. Depicts the lower part of a draped standing figure, right. The figure missing from the knees up and at the back. He stands with his weight on the right foot, the left foot apparently with the toes only on the ground, behind, and rests on his staff, the end of which appears on the ground in front of him. The ends of a pair of javelins(?) belonging to someone else, rest on the ground to the right of the staff. The himation is ornamented in black dots in groups of three. Contours for the drapery; none for the feet. Good glaze, very badly chipped. | |
