Description: | Mended from many pieces; most of the rim and handle missing, and fragments from the body. Low ring foot; the mouth seems to have been round, and the handle double. Black glaze, nearly all peeled, apparently covered the whole outside, and the neck inside. Two narrow bands of red on the inside, just below the lip, and another on the outside, below the handle attachment. Dull buff clay. | |
