Title:   Bowl Fragment with Paint Decoration

Description:   About half the rim missing. Flat base, with narrow very low foot ring; the rim, (or sides), less sharply set off from bottom than on P 5632.
Fairly good light brown clay; decorated in heavy dark brownish paint over a white slip under colorless glaze. Slip and glaze cover, irregularly, on outside of rim, not below.
Context:   Pit. Found with coins #2 through #17 for the day.
