MF-1824 Fragmentary statuette of a poodle(?) dog,m with its tail curled over its back. Head and legs broken off. Found in top fill in track laying, in the western part of Area Z. Rather interesting work, in its realism. The sherds near it are Byzantine, and it was found very high up. (1.50 above arch at 48:V-W.)
