We began to dig down in the west section of the North room to M house in the hope of finding pottery and establishing levels and stratifications better. See plan p. 20. On June 10th we had gone down 24 cm. [James-Nakassis: this is our NB 83 B 60.]
The first level we took down today was level 24-42. This is level II, counting 0-24 as level one. The pottery was Mycenaean of a poor quality.
