Stratum:   Well 2002-2 east of Gr. 2002-11. Reddish-yellowish brown sandy clay with 10-20% cobbles, subrounded and angular, and 1% pebbles of all sizes
Notes:   Basket 95 is the continuation of the excavation of the fill of well 2002-2. At the beginning of this basket, it is still unclear whether this is definitely a well or if it is a pit. We are wet sieving 10% of the soil and dry sieving 20%. The soil continues to be reddish-yellowish brown sandy clay and loose. There appear to be slightly more cobbles than in the basket above, B91. There are approx. 10-20% cobbles, and they are subrounded and angular. There are 1% pebbles of all sizes that are also subrounded and angular. The soil is semi-compact and forms small clumps when picked up with a small pick. Two zembils of roof tiles were saved with the pottery. Some of the rooftile fragments were very large, nearly complete. This basket was changed arbitrarily after 50 cm.
