Corinth Basket: NB977 B91 P185 Collection: | | Corinth | Type: | | Basket | Name: | | NB977 B91 P185 | Area: | | Panaghia north | Category: | | Basket/zembil | Notebook: | | 977 | Context: | | 91 | Page: | | 185 | Date: | | 2006/06/07 | Stratum: | | Possible disturbance. Light reddish brown sandy clay with 50% pebbles, 10% cobbles, loose, dry. | Notes: | | This small patch of pebbly soil sits over what we dug in the last trench and may be deposited when W 284 and the associated foundation trench were disturbed. The character of the soil is not dissimilar to a stratum lying to the north between W 265 and W 215 R. This area is very thin and up quickly removing it, we easily find the cut of the underlying founation trench again. This has probably been dug out of order, and we may now resuse with the foundation trench. See top plan pg. 186. | Pottery Summary: | | 5 frag(s) 0.001 kg.
