| Stratum: | Clayish wash west of Wall 293. The stratum is medium/light yellowish brown silty clay with 30% pebbles, almost no cobbles, compact. | |
| Notes: | B 45 is the excavation of the clayish layer directly to the west of B 44. We are removing B 45 because it seems to lie on top of a silty layer. Ultimately, we need to define the western edge of the pit. We stopped removing B 45 when the clay disappeared. See pg. 82 for top plan. | |
