Corinth Basket: NB983 B11 P30 Collection: | | Corinth | Type: | | Basket | Name: | | NB983 B11 P30 | Area: | | Panaghia north | Category: | | Basket/zembil | Notebook: | | 983 | Context: | | 11 | Page: | | 30 | Date: | | 2006/06/07 | Lot: | | Lot 2006-023 | Stratum: | | Roof tile deposit | Notes: | | The matrix of this basket is light brown sandy silt, weakly cemented, with less than 5% pebble inclusions. B11 is the removal of a layer of light brown soil that seemed to be sitting on top of the reddish soil uncovered in B10. The basket provided a significant amount of roof tile fragments for such a small area. Upon removal of the light colored soil, a darker brown soil is exposed that is on approximately the same elevation (ca. 91.13) with the reddish brown layer of B10. The basket is stopped here. | Context Pottery: | | Fineware. ESB form 60 rim 1 (saved to lot) .; Fineware. Pre-Roman 4 (saved to lot) .; Fineware.
