| Description: | Top slope of the context is level. The soil color is dark brownish white. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is poorly sorted. It is silty clay. | |
| Notes: | After fully exposing the rim of the hearth, we then excavated its fill. There were a few large sherds and tile fragments, but no small finds. We took a flotation sample and dry sieved everything else. Closed context after clearing out the bottom of the hearth. | |
