Description:   Top slope of the context is level. Bottom slope of the context is level. The soil color is dark brownish white. The soil compaction is loose. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   This basket is in the south east corner of the Nezi excavations. It appears to be a surface since most of the material lays flat on the surface. There were three channels (possibly irrigation) that cut thorugh it (B 78), 1 large and 2 small.
As we excavate Guy doesn't believe the soil would have been used for gardening.
There is not a substantial amount of pottery coming up considering how large the area is.
It seems that the NW area has a rockier soil than the rest wich is showing a hard, white clay-like layer. In fact, it actually appears to be a clay floor. We must remove a reddish rocky patch ot the northwest that seems to sit on it.
