Description:   Top slope of the context is slight down to the E. Bottom slope of the context is slight. The soil color is dark yellowish brown. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   At about 12:15 on the 25th, Thanasis, Alicia, and I conferred to decide what to do after Thanasis has finished B45. We are digging B47 because it overlays the tile scatter [later dug with B51] and is very soft - it is the next stratagraphic unit to remove in this area. This is the area which includes the cut left by removal of the fill of the small ash pit (B44). In the end, a few tiles were found, but not in profusion.
