| Notes: | 6169 is characterized by less stones, and more pottery inclusions than 6187. The soil is also more compact than 6187. We are excavating fill 6169. It may be a fill from a robbing trench [6227] which truncated wall 6027 [and much earlier floors 6064 and 6068?], so it is therefore of a later date. The fill is composed of soil and pottery fragments; it is definitely different than structure 6187 above it. | |
