Description: | Top slope of the context is slight down to the SW. The soil color is light reddish brown. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is poorly sorted. It is silty sand.
Notes: | Context 6456 is a levelling fill consisting of large tile fragments in the soil located just south of staircase 6296. 6456 was removed because it partially covered the floor surface. It appears to be a levelling fill. It partially covers a cut running east/west along removed wall 5285. Soil appears looser on south, harder on north. Removal of 6456 has revealed that this cut appears to curve to the north.
