Stratum:   Sandy silt with 10% inclusions: ceramics and small stones, ie medium-caorse pebbles
Description:   The soil color is light reddish brown. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   Context 6586 is a packed earth surface just west of the well-head in the room NW of the courtyard which needed to be removed to get at the floor surface in this room, which we believe we see just E of the well-head. Several more WW sherds were found. See notes on context 6129 for the white ware.
