Stratum:   70% inclusions. Ceramic, tile, iron, fine and medium pebbles subrounded and spherical, coarse pebbles, bone, subrounded and spherical boulders, charcoal
Description:   Top slope of the context is level. The soil color is dark greyish black. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is poorly sorted. It is silty sand.
Notes:   It appears that 683 is the same context as 646 given the similarities in soil and inclusions and the fact that it has a similar depth. It is also at a similar elevation to the bottom of 654. It was excavated separately as this context was cut by drain 426.
