| Description: | Top slope of the context is level. The soil color is dark reddish brown. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is poorly sorted. It is clayey silt. | |
| Notes: | 6864 is in the drain structure 6827 beneath 6854, 6860, 6861. After clearing off 6854, 6856, 6861, and 6860, we came down on a level with heavy inclusions of tile fragments running the entire length of the formerly covered part of the drain. It shortly became clear tht this tile layer was identical to that below 6832 so we stopped to connect the two into a new context | |
