Notes:   After completing B85 on 10/05/07 Thanasis and Andreas began to excavate B98 directly to the south. The exact dimensions of B98 are not known at this time. These dimensions will be defined during excavation.
We dug B98 in order to remove the layer of soil with few inclusions that was on top of a layer of soil with more and larger inclusions which could clearly be seen in the southern escarpment created by the removal of B85. We achieved this objective.
Under B98 is an inclusion rich layer of soil which may have been revealed immediately to the north with the removal of B85. This inclusion rich layer of soil goes underneath the clay floor immediately to the west.
