Description: | The soil color is brown. The soil compaction is soft.
Notes: | This context revealed the bedrock on its N side, which has two small pits (255 and 256) cut into it and a linear cut parallel to the wall (probably a foundation trench). This context and those above it were likely to be associated with the construction of the stoa rather than the robbing of wall blocks - perhaps as leveling for a floor surface. It is possible that this and the above contexts also disturbed grave 2015-12.
