Description: | Top slope of the context is level. The soil color is dark yellowish brown. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is poorly sorted. It is clayey sand.
Notes: | This context was flat and overlay bedrock N of well VII. Its proximity to the N wall of Room C/Shop VII, despite the presence of a martyr, may mean that this is a mixture of early and late fills. With the excavation of this context, this NW quadrant has been taken down to bedrock. A small pit was found cut into bedrock below this context. It was excavated, but as it contained no finds it was not given a number.
