Description:   The context shape in plan is rectangular. The top break of the cut is sharp. The sides of the cut are vertical. The break at the base of the cut is sharp. The base of the cut is vertical sides and flat base. Truncation: untruncated.
Notes:   the part of the foundation trench that accomodates the west pier block is rather large; this area may have been widened by Broneer when he dug the original fill of the trench.
