Stratum: | light pinkish/orange-ish brown silty sand with pebble and rock inclusions
Description: | The soil color is light pinkish brown. The soil compaction is compact. The soil is moderately sorted. It is silty sand.
Notes: | We open this context to take the slightly higher fill remaining in the N half of the area W of the Broneer Sondage to attempt to find the rest of the surface in Room 4R (W) after exposing the patch of (lime?) surface in the S half of this area in context 335. The fill is a light pinkish brown silty sand with pebble and small rock inclusions. The floor surface is not found in this area (even though the elevation-- 81.53-- corresponds to that of the floor in the S half. One reason for this could be the presence of a large root about midway through this area, which probably caused some disturbance to the surface.
