Description:   Top slope of the context is level. The soil color is dark yellowish brown. The soil compaction is very soft. The soil is moderately sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   12.46: Excavation started on the deposit. Due to the difficulties caused by the stones and the profiles work will start from SW by the string towards NE.
3rd of June, 2016:
07.36: Work resumed in the context. Due to the difficulties encountered in the SW to the define clearly the cut I decided to start the new pass from the NE, where the faces of the cut in both sides appear more clearly defined.
08.24: Bottom of the cut apparently revealed. Although the dew of the morning has compacted the soil a little bit I have reached a soil that is still clearly distinctive from this context and is very similar to the soil E of the cut, with which it joins. The reduced space difficulties the task of revealing the whole surface of the bottom, so the deposit will still take some time to be completely excavated.
09.17:Deposit finished. The humidity of the soil difficulties the cleaning and showing an accurate picture of the bottom. However, when excavating the surface this is distincively firmer and yellower, and it contniues from the E face of the cut. Around 1/2 bucket (9 liters) of soil removed from the deposit.
