Notes: | Study Collection. Data Entry Funded by the Kress Foundation. Negative 81-51-26/27 Halved / Semuncial Halved Roman coins appear rare in Corinth finds. None mentioned by Edwards, Harris, or Fisher. Sectioning operation is clear: coin was placed with obverse facing up and chisel applied along axis of imperial portrait. RIC says it is an as, Asiatic, 19-15 BC For illustration see BMC (Rep) III pl. 118.14, called a dupondius.
