This looks like an unpiplished erd/2nd issue from Smyrna. The common observe tumeted head "Kybele" r. with tripod, reverse the Appolo lameato/tripod (BMC 238 no 9). The symbol in upper r. field seems to be monogram in circle . No sign of magistatus name, so probably not too late in Hellenistic period.
