Description:   Plate with slightly flaring ring foot, broad flat resting surface, recessed flat undersurface. Horizontal body, turning up to vertical rim. On interior, shallow step at juncture to rim. Possibly Haltern 4. Discolored ring from stacking on floor.
Decoration:   2 circumference grooves surrounding stamp on center of floor, D00.084 D00.087; 2nd set near outer edge of floor D00.15 D00.155. Lustrous red slip over all.
Writing:   stamp. Stamp on floor: MENOP/C.TETTI in rectangle. O-C.1980.c.
Material:   Fine well-compacted red clay with rare fine black inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Clay: 2.5YR 6/5 Slip: 2.5YR 4/8
Condition:   Fragment. Eight joining frgts., complete foot, nearly complete floor, body, start of rim. Stamp complete; chips missing from floor.
