Description:   Mortar with shallow, wide-flaring body with slight convex profile, thickened horizontal outturned rim with convex upper surface, sharply offset and undercut from interior of bowl. Solid horizontal spool handle set on rim. Interior and upper surface of rim slipped.
Material:   Pale yellow clay with frequent medium angular black mudstone inclusions, fine surface coat on interior.
Munsell Color:   2.5Y 8/2
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., upper part of body, rim, over half of one handle; ca. 1/8 circumference.
