Description:   Eastern Sigillata A plate Atlante II form 36 with slightly rounded bottom and sharp carination to vertical rim. Similar to C-1936-1421 (Hayes 1973, Hesperia 42, cat. 128).
Decoration:   Red slip (10R 4/8), glossy on exterior, dull on interior. Stacking mark on bottom, double-dipping streak.
Material:   Fine pink fabric.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 7/4 (pink)
Condition:   Fragment. Two joining frgts., preserving 1/4 rim. Slip worn around rim.
Period:   1 st c. A.C.
Chronology:   third quarter 1st c. CE, based on comparanda in Corinth 18.2
