Description:   Plate or bowl with shallow ring foot, decorated with double shallow groove.
Decoration:   Green and Brown Painted III according to Morgan's classification. White slip on inner surface. Decoration as described by Morgan: 'scale pattern, outlined in brown and filled in with green, covers area' (Corinth XI, catalogue n. 488, p. 222). Colourless overglaze on inner surface.
Material:   Fine, hard, fabric, pink in colour with few (0.25-1.5mm) spherical-angular, dark brown inclusions; few (0.25-1.5mm) spherical-angular, white inclusions.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 7/4 (pink)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt preserves one-third of foot, missing body and rim.
