Decoration: | White slip on interior and overlapping lip. On interior, 3 circumference grooves run from lip to large band of running spirals, of which 3 complete, 2 partially so, on hatched ground; on floor, tondo of an overlapping figure eight; centers of "8" filled with single dotted rosette; in angles, dotted palmette on hatched ground. Yellow-green glaze on interior and over lip. 3 circumference grooves on exterior just above base. | |
