Description:   Vessel with slightly flaring ring foot with slightly convex undersurface. Center medallion slightly curved.
Decoration:   Yellow glaze, some glaze dripped on foot. Impressed design in central medallion with two bands of rays and unknown figure in center. Similar in design to C-1936-938.
Material:   Coarse white clay with rare medium to very large, spherical sub-rounded red and black inclusions. Rare fine voids.
Munsell Color:   2.5 YR 8/1 (white)
Condition:   Fragment. Two joining frgts., preserving 1/2 foot.
Period:   Byzantine
Chronology:   Middle- Late Byzantine.
