Description:   Body sherd with lower moulding and flat base.
Decoration:   Dull light orange glaze. Nude figure crouches and leans on shield. On right, lower forearm of horse. After Spitzer's Type II, Fig. 8l and 8b. Lower moulding along base is of a band grooved twice above and below, with a horizontal line of raised dots.
Material:   sandy clay with few small inclusions
Munsell Color:   7.5 YR 6/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving part of body and base. Glaze is slightly worn.
