Description:   Plate with vertical ring foot, flat resting surface, rounded undersurface. Straight flaring body rising at 30 degrees to H00.064, vertical rim, outward thickened flat lip.
Decoration:   White slip on exterior. Sgraffito dec. on interior: medallion with spiral design; on mid body degenerate rinceau. On lip painted black bars. Clear glaze on interior.
Writing:   graffito. Graffito on undersurface: X
Material:   Moderately fine tan clay with scattered coarse angular white, red inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Near 5YR 5/5
Condition:   Complete profile. Two joining frgts., complete profile; 2/3 foot, floor, ca. 1/9 body to rim; glaze peeling.
