Description:   Chafing dish with high flaring ring foot, somewhat deformed in its circumference, flattened resting surface, rounded undersurface. Start of straight flaring body.
Decoration:   Impressed on floor bird with spread wings, flaring tail, surrounded by zigzag (?) band. Streaky greenish glaze inside, drips on exterior.
Material:   Hard-fired clay, white to pale pink, with frequent fine to coarser red inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Near 5YR 8/4
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., over half foot, floor, start of body.
