Description:   Plate with vertical ring foot, flat resting surface, recessed flat undersurface. Straight flaring body rising at ca. 20 degrees.
Decoration:   White slip over all. On floor: large animal jumping rt. with small lion/deer ? head tipped back to bite off head of smaller quadruped; smaller rabbit or deer beneath legs of first animal, directed rt. with head turned back. Compass point in center. Floral sprays in field. Greenish glaze on interior becoming clear on exterior.
Material:   Moderately fine light red clay, fired tan at core, with scattered popped white inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Between 5YR 5/8 and 2.5YR 5/8 (fresh chip)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving complete foot, floor, part of lower body.
