Description:   Bowl with vertical foot, flat undersurface.
Decoration:   Mottled green glaze on interior and exterior, and drops of glaze on underside of foot. Impressed central medallion of human figure (helmeted warrior?) advancing to the left. Similar to C-1936-630 (Morgan 1942, Corinth 11, cat. 81).
Material:   White clay, fired pink, with few small and medium rounded spherical and subrounded tabular red and gray inclusions. Few angular platy, tabular and rounded spherical voids.
Munsell Color:   10YR 8/2 (white)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving approx. 1/8 of foot and 2/3 of floor.
Period:   Late Byzantine (1059-1210 AD)
