Description:   Large proto-kotyle with ovoid body with high rounded shoulder, curving in to offset narrow lip. On interior lip curves continuously into body.
Decoration:   Painted in lustrous red-brown glaze: lower body probably glazed solidly; handle zone reserved with 4 red-brown stripes, chevron band with bend to r., H00.011, lower legs in more dilute glaze; stripes and band interrupted by broad stripe outlining handle root; one stripe above chevrons, stripe at base of lip, stripe on tip of lip; on interior, reserved stripe with groups of bars - parts of 2 preserved, remainder glazed.
Material:   Fine buff clay, fired to light salmon-pink at core, with frequent fine voids.
Munsell Color:   10YR 7/3 to 5YR 6/6
Condition:   Fragment. Four joining frgts., upper body to lip, broken at lt. near handle root.
