Description:   Concave underside/inner face foot-ring, flat resting -surface, straight flaring outer face, vertically trimmed at the bottom. Deep body.
Decoration:   Underside, resting-surface, bottom of outer face of the foot-ring reserved, covered with a thin, streaky wash. The rest is black-glazed. On the outer face of the foot-ring, a wide red band bound by a thin white line above and below. Glaze fired dark brown, with a metallic sheen. Compare C-47-678, C-47-679.
Material:   Very fine, hard, pinkish-orange clay with no visible inclusions

Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving foot and lower body.
