Description:   Italian Sigillata bowl with tall vertical ring foot, flat floor, convex wall. Form similar to Conspectus form 14.
Decoration:   Red slip (2/5YR 4/6-4/8) on interior and exterior. Groove and ridge on interior where wall meets floor, groove on floor around stamp.
Writing:   stamp. Stamp in center of floor: C.L. in planta pedis. Stamp evenly pressed and easy to read.
Material:   Fine hard fired pink fabric.
Munsell Color:   5YR 7/4 (pink)
Condition:   Fragment. Three joining frgts., preserving 1/2 base and foot, part of wall. Slip in excellent condition. Only 2 letters of stamp visible.
Period:   Early Roman (44BC-1/2 2nd c AD)
