Description:   Amphora with sloping, rounded shoulder, narrow conical neck curving out to flaring rounded lip, vertical strap handles attached to neck and shoulder.
Writing:   graffito. Incised on shoulder, the letter theta inscribed in a rectangle, and next to it to the right the letter E: theotoke.
Material:   Coarse reddish yellow clay with frequent large to very large rounded and sub-rounded spherical, tabular, and platy lime inclusions, few medium to very large dark brown, frequent fine silver sparkling inclusions, and few medium to very large voids.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 7/6
Condition:   Fragment. Single fragment preserving small part of body, complete neck and rim, one complete handle and half of the second handle.
