Writing:   stamp. Stamped letters on top of lid around knob, Greek: from left to right Chi Delta and 4 illegible letters or symbols.
Material:   Coarse light greenish yellow clay, fired red at one edge, with frequent medium white angular, dark red, and sparkling inclusions, and voids.

Condition:   Complete or intact. Intact except for chipped edges and knob.
